About this car
1963 190SL at Gullwing Motor Cars in Astoria, NY. The dealer's own page marks this car sold — it stays listed under the SOLD banner for reference and is left out of the price averages. Harvested from the dealer's own website on Nov 2, 2026 — confirm availability at the source before travelling.
What the photos show
- bright red paint looks glossy on the outside, no repaint bill showing on the panels
- chrome bumpers look bright, no rechrome needed on what is shown
- black soft top is shown up and looks complete, no top bill showing from outside
- seats are hidden under thick sheepskin covers, can't judge the leather underneath so budget as unknown
- engine bay looks dirty with a rusty exhaust manifold and corroded air cleaner, that is a clean-up and recommission bill
- can't judge the underside, it is never shown so allow for it
Money: no sold price is on file, so the glossy outside helps but the dirty engine bay and hidden seats hold value back.
