1974 Mercedes-Benz 450SL

• blue-grey paint looks clean and even all round, no repaint bill showing here
• chrome bumpers show scuffs at the rear corners, budget a small bumper tidy
• black soft top is shown up with a cloudy rear window, and the matching hardtop is also shown, so a window or top spend may still be due
• blue seats look excellent front and rear of the cabin, no retrim needed there
• the speedometer shows 171,566 miles, that high reading caps what the tidy looks can add
• spare wheel well is empty and shows rust spots and staining, budget a rust repair there
• engine bay shows a heavily rusted air-conditioning hose and rusty manifold, that is a real repair bill
• underside shows patchy surface rust and old coating, budget rust treatment under the clean body

Money: no sold price is on file, so judge it down for the rust in the spare well, engine bay and underside and the 171,566 miles shown, despite the clean paint and seats.
