What the photos show
- white paint is glossy and even all round, no repaint bill showing here
- chrome bumpers, grille and hubcaps shine bright, no re-chroming needed
- headlight and indicator lenses are clear and uncracked, no lens money to spend
- red leather seats look almost new with no cracks or sagging, no need to reupholster
- dash, gauges and red door cards are clean and complete, no trim hunt needed
- the 4-speed manual knob and carpets look fresh, a plus that supports the price
- black soft top sits taut when up, no new top to budget for
- engine bay is clean and detailed, no detailing bill to get it presentable
- a little surface rust speckles the exhaust manifold, a small watch item, not a big bill yet
- can't judge the underside, no underside photos in the sample, so budget for an inspection
Money: at $239,000 the photos show a car needing almost nothing spent on cosmetics, but the unseen underside still has to check out before the price makes sense.
