About this car
Hemmings listing in Astoria, NY. Offered on Hemmings in Astoria, NY.
What the photos show
- black paint is mirror-deep and straight from every angle in this small gallery, no paintwork money needed
- chrome grille, bumpers and trim are bright and clean, no rechrome bill
- red leather seats carry honest creasing and surface crackle but no tears — that's patina you can live with, and skipping a retrim saves serious money
- the headliner shows water staining at the rear, so budget a headliner and a check for where the water came in
- dash and wood present well with clear gauges, nothing to restore
- trunk holds a fitted luggage set over a clean spare well, a completeness detail that adds value rather than costing money
- engine bay is tidy and original-looking, no sorting bill visible
- only eleven photos, all exterior-led, and the underside is never shown, so the floors and chassis can't be judged from these photos
Money: at $167,500 the paint, chrome and engine bay look like money already spent; the stained headliner is a small bill, and the thin 11-photo gallery means the underside is bought on trust.
