About this car
Hemmings listing in Astoria, NY. Offered on Hemmings in Astoria, NY.
What the photos show
- cream paint is dull and dusty with chips and scuffs on the fenders and doors, so budget for a repaint or a heavy paint correction
- rust staining and bubbling show at both headlight bases and along the lower door edges, so expect metal work under the old paint
- the grey cloth top is heavily stained and grimy all over, so plan on a new top rather than a clean
- red leather seats are dark, shiny and creased with age but not split open, so a deep clean and feed may save the cost of a retrim
- the dash and steering wheel look dusty and tired, so allow money for an interior detail and woodwork refresh
- no engine bay photo is shown in the sampled photos, so the engine can't be judged from the photos
- no underside photo is shown in the sampled photos, so the chassis and floors can't be judged from the photos
Money: at $69,500 the photos show a dusty, long-stored garage car needing paint, a top and sorting, so the ask only makes sense if the car proves far better in person.
